Pricing, booking, and cancellation
Pricing varies by service. Travel vaccinations are priced individually — prices are shown on each service page and in the online booking portal.
You can book online through our patient portal 24/7 or call us on 0191 265 0131 during opening hours. Online booking lets you choose your preferred date and time.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.
Yes, we offer free prescription delivery to local addresses. Contact us on 0191 265 0131 or ask in-store to arrange delivery.
Vaccinations
Eligibility, side effects, and travel health
We offer a wide range of travel and routine vaccinations including Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Cholera, Meningitis, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, and seasonal flu. See our vaccinations page for the full list.
The vaccinations you need depend on your destination, length of stay, and planned activities. Book a travel health consultation and our pharmacist will review your itinerary and recommend the appropriate vaccinations.
Most vaccinations cause only mild side effects such as soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or tiredness for 1-2 days. Serious side effects are very rare. Your pharmacist will discuss possible side effects before administering any vaccine.
We recommend booking your travel health appointment at least 6-8 weeks before travel, as some vaccines need multiple doses over several weeks. However, last-minute travellers can still benefit — contact us even if your trip is soon.
