Who Is Eligible

Women aged 16-64 with an uncomplicated lower UTI who are not pregnant and are experiencing their first or an infrequent episode. No GP referral is needed.

When to Visit

Visit us as soon as symptoms begin. Do not wait — early treatment prevents complications and helps you feel better faster.

What to Bring

Bring a list of any current medications, your NHS number if possible, and a note of any previous UTI history. No prescription or GP letter is required.
